How we use your information

To verify and fulfill your request, we collect your email address, request details, and any existing Google Analytics (_ga) cookie identifier.

If an authorized agent submits the request, we also collect the agent's name, email address, and proof of authority.

We keep request records for at least 24 months from submission. We keep active requests until they close, and appeal records until at least 24 months after the appeal resolves. We share identifiers only with service providers that need them to fulfill your request.
